As posted above, there are plenty of similar routines in print which have been expressly released for others to use. When Ricky says Alaskan Poker, he's not naming the effect. That appears to be the type of game where cards are shuffled face up and face down before they are dealt. I'm not that much of a poker player, and I've never heard of it.
